Fereday Pollard worked with SkanskaGrantrail Joint Venture to deliver the £39 million new DLR extension at Stratford International in East London.

The project, awarded by Transport for London, was one of a number of schemes designed to expand the DLR in preparation for the 2012 Olympic Games.

The project involved the construction of two new platforms on the north side of Stratford station, where the North London Line national rail services are now terminating.

Other elements of the scheme included track alignment work to prepare for the new rail link between Stratford and Stratford International, along with the construction of the shell and foundations of the new DLR station at Stratford International.
